Mr. Solomon joined Falk Waas in 1993 and became a shareholder in 2000. Mr. Solomon has handled a variety of complex and high exposure cases in medical malpractice claims. He routinely handles matters for clients involving brain-damaged infants. Mr. Solomon has been recognized by his peers as a “Florida Legal Elite” in the Florida Trend Magazine, a “Florida Super Lawyer,” and has received a Martindale-Hubbell® AV Peer Review Rating.
